It's time to submit: NextStep Hacks '22
The time has come! Put on those final touches, add that last bit of shine, tidy up your code, and head over to Devpost to submit!
📢 General PSA:
It’s crazy to believe that this weekend hackathon has already come to a close. In just a couple hours (actually in just an hour and a couple minutes), submissions to the annual NextStep Hackathon will close. Please be aware that we are not opening late submissions.
That means this is your final reminder to begin submitting your projects if you have not done so already. After going through the projects that are either in their draft stages or final stages, we noticed that some of you are forgetting to attach videos, whereas some forgot to change the title of the project, add a description, etc. Please double or triple check that you have everything you need for this submission. Otherwise, your project could be disqualified!
We thank you all for taking time out of your weekend to participate in this hackathon. It has truly meant a lot for all the organizers on the team, and made our year! (literally, we’ve been working on this event for the longest time ever.) We ask that everyone that participated leaves a review about the hackathon by clicking the button below.

🏆 Closing Ceremony
Our awards, raffle winners, and more will all be presented during our closing ceremony, live! Use the video below to join the opening ceremony in just around 12 hours. We’ll send a reminder for you to join 10 minutes before the event begins!
🗳️ Public Voting
In case you forgot, we have a separate prize for the most voted project! Only those who submitted projects to the hackathon will have their votes counted. Please go through the Devpost project gallery, as soon as submissions concludes, and vote for your favorite project. Please be aware you can only do this once. The most voted project will receive $100 in cash, and subscription licenses of Axure RP Team Edition.
🥇 Winners
If you won the raffles, the category prizes, or the overall prizes, please give the organizers of this hackathon at least two weeks to reach out to you through email regarding how prize distribution will occur. We will be contacting you through the email that you used to submit your project through Devpost. Please be aware that if you don’t reply back to the email, you forfeit your ability to claim the prizes that you won. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact the Executive Board through Discord (by opening a ticket), or through email, by emailing contact@hackalphax.co.
This is one of the last emails we are sending out regarding NextStep Hacks 2022, and we hope you had a lot of fun participating in this event. Stay tuned for more exciting content, competitions, and programs! We wish those who submitted projects the best of luck.
Peace! ✌️✌️
